The LACVS Locally Organised Communities Across Lancashire 14 (LOCAL) project aims to facilitate positive change for our communities and aid the sustainability of the VCFSE sector. Building on the 9 priorities of A VCFSE Manifesto for Lancashire 14 (VCFSE Sector Manifesto for Lancashire – Local Lancashire) we are working with our VCFSE, public and private sector partners across Lancashire, Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen.
